Welcome to WatchMercy.com, operated by Mercy TV Private Limited (“Mercy TV”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of WatchMercy.com and the WatchMercy application, including our digital content, video content, subscriptions, memberships, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using WatchMercy.com or the WatchMercy application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or application.
1. ABOUT WATCHMERCY
WatchMercy is a digital platform operated by Mercy TV Private Limited that provides access to digital and video content and related Services.
The Services available to you may vary depending on the subscription or Service you choose.
2. SUBSCRIPTIONS
WatchMercy may offer subscription plans, including monthly and yearly subscription options for different language services.
Subscription details, including the subscription name, duration, price, and content or Services included, will be displayed to you before you subscribe.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store are subject to Apple's applicable payment and subscription terms.
3. AUTO-RENEWABLE SUBSCRIPTIONS
Where a subscription is identified as an auto-renewable subscription, the subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless it is cancelled before the renewal date.
The applicable renewal price will be displayed at the time of subscription and in accordance with the applicable App Store requirements.
You can manage or cancel an Apple App Store subscription through your Apple Account's subscription settings.
Cancellation of an auto-renewable subscription generally prevents the next renewal and does not automatically provide a refund for the current subscription period, except where a refund is required or provided under applicable law or Apple's applicable policies.
4. PAYMENTS
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, payment is processed by Apple through the payment method associated with your Apple Account.
For Services purchased through other payment methods or platforms made available by WatchMercy, payment may be processed by the applicable third-party payment provider.
Prices and applicable taxes will be displayed before purchase where applicable.
5. REFUNDS
Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's applicable refund policies and procedures.
For purchases made directly through WatchMercy or another payment provider, refunds will be handled in accordance with the applicable refund terms displayed at the time of purchase.
